Important Notice: Pool Filling Guidelines To prevent heater trip issues, customers must follow these guidelines when filling their HydroWorx pool:

• Water temperature must be below 100°F (38°C).
• Do NOT fill the pool using hot water from a water heater.
• Overheating the water will trip the high-temperature safety protection, which is a mechanical safeguard and does not require the system to be on.
